Our tourtieres are a fan favourite, and for good reason. A mix of beef and pork, seasoned with onion, garlic, caraway, cumin and allspice. Thickened with rolled oats and our own sourdough rye breadcrumb. And, of course, encased in our own butter/lard mix pie crust. A must for Christmas eve, and a great comfort any night of the week. Enough for approx 6 people

Bakes directly from frozen, at 350 degree farenheit for 1.5 hours.
