We’ve started up Sausage Making Classes again!
Sausage Making 101 is an introductory 3 hour class, on how to make your own sausages at home! Dave will take you through the whole process, and you make your own custom 5 lb batch of sausages to take with you at the end of the lesson! Dates and registration can be found here.
Our regular events have included cheese tastings, and sausage making workshops, but we always continue to add more as we grow.
