Join us for an immersive 3-hour workshop where you'll master the complete sausage-making process from start to finish. Whether you're a complete beginner or a home cook looking to expand your skills, this class will have you crafting delicious, custom sausages like a pro.
What You'll Learn & Do:
  • Season, grind, and stuff your own sausages using traditional techniques
  • Work with 5 lbs of premium pork
  • Create your own unique flavor combinations with full access to our extensive spice and seasoning rack
  • Master our classic Italian Ubriaca recipe - a beautifully simple sausage featuring pork, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic

What to Wear: Comfortable shoes, a hat or bandana, and clothes suitable for cooking. This is a truly hands-on experience, so come ready to get involved! (Aprons and rags provided)
