Jamaican Patties quickly became one of our featured products when we started making them once a week back in 2010. Now, it is an all encompassing labour of love every day of the week. Everything about them is hand made, with excruciating attention to detail.
Beef Patties – Using only O’Brien farms beef, this is a classic Jamaican patty. Ground chuck is mixed with onions, garlic, scallions and allspice, cooked, and seasoned with Scotch Bonnet Chilies.
Curry Chicken Patties – Hand shredded chicken, seasoned with our own Jamaican curry blend. Also seasoned with Scotch Bonnet Chilies.
Callaloo and Potato Patties – These make rare appearances over the summer. Local Callaloo grown by Jamaican Studio Gardens, just south of the city, is mixed with potatoes, onion, garlic and scotch bonnets to create the spiciest patty we make! Generally available late July – Early October.
