Bakery suppliers

We love working closely with our suppliers, and are happy to share our sources!


We deal with three main flour producers.  La Milanaise, Moulins Soulanges, and Royal Oak.


Most of our fruits come from Rideau Pines Farm in North Gower.  Stone fruits are from Warner Farms in Beamsville, and Apples are from Hall’s Orchard in Brockville.


Dark Chocolate from Belcolade, Milk Chocolate from Callebaut, and Cocoa nibs from Chocosol.
