The Piggy Market offers classes on Sausage making on the last Thursday of every month.
Students get 5 lbs of their own pork to season and turn into sausages, and take home at the end of the day. Instruction, demonstration, and practical knowledge is given the full way through, so that you are comfortable re-creating at home.
