How could we be a Piggy Market without pork? Pork is both our priority, and our passion.

We work with three different local farmers for Heritage breed local pork. Depending on the week, you will find in store one of Tamworth, Berkshire, or Large Black Pork. The heritage breed pork has a different flavour than regular pork and as it is pasture raised, hangs for a longer period. The result is a tender, gorgeously red meat that in no way resembles regular pork.

We also carry Ontario pork, raised by farmers throughout the province.
