Mario Pingue of Niagara food Specialties is Hand delivering to us one of his prized Berkshire Heritage breed Prosciutto. Available in the store for a limited time only. The Tamworth Prosciutto is also still available.

Oktoberfest with Beaus' Brewery

Oktoberfest is almost here again, this week for two days in the bustling village of Vankleek hill, October 2nd and 3rd. We'll be on site again with the Beaus'wurst, in all its glory. The Skinny on Phat class @ The Urban Element

We have two classes coming up with The Urban Element, dealing all about the joys of Animal fats. Class one focuses on how to render fats for use, and the different types of fat you'll get. Class two focuses on using those fats in cooking, from Duck Confit to Pie Dough. Please Contact the Urban Element for more information.
