Mario Pingue of Niagara food Specialties is Hand delivering to us one of his prized Tamworth Heritage breed Prosciutto, on Tuesday, February 2nd. Available in the store for a limited time only.
Fresh Roasted Coffee now available
We have now started to carry IDeal Coffee, freshly roasted every week and available by the half pound. New coffee is available every Tuesday.
Pot Pies and Tortieres now available!
With the colder weather of fall comes the need for meals that are a little more robust. We are starting with our four core flavours, and may come up with some new ones as the weeks progress. Our main four are:
- Tortiere
- Chicken Pot Pie
- Pork and Mushroom Pot Pie
- Turkey and Bacon
Freshly ground flour!
We are currently re-evaluating the fresh flour experience. Please excuse the delay, and check back next week to catch the update.

Sausage Class at the Urban Element Re-visited
Due to the popularity of the first class, Dave will be at the Urban Element again on Monday, March 22nd for a sausage making class. Details available from the Urban Element.
