All Piggy Market originals are created with one driving ambition: Passion. Whatever we're making, is because it's the right season, because it's local, and because we want to eat it ourselves.
As a seasonal kitchen, our menu choices change with alarming quickness sometimes. That Shepherds Pie that you had in October won't be around by November, and anything Asparagus only happens in May and June. Some things, we do try and keep in all the time. Our bacons, sausages, Jamaican patties, Mustards, Rotisserie Chickens, Terrines, and Smoked Meat are all regulars in our coolers. We're also always adding more things, as we continue to grow.
